📍 Day 1: Delhi – Haridwar (220 km | 5–6 hrs)
• Early morning departure from Delhi in a private vehicle.
• Breakfast halt at a highway restaurant.
• Arrival in Haridwar by evening & hotel check-in.
• Visit to Har Ki Pauri for the divine Ganga Aarti.
• Free time to explore the local market.
• Dinner & overnight stay in Haridwar.
📍 Day 2: Haridwar – Guptkashi (230 km | 7–8 hrs)
• Early breakfast & drive towards Guptkashi.
• En-route visit to:
– Devprayag (confluence of Alaknanda & Bhagirathi)
– Rudraprayag (confluence of Alaknanda & Mandakini)
• Lunch stop at a scenic roadside restaurant.
• Arrival in Guptkashi & Hotel check-in.
• Visit to Vishwanath Temple (dedicated to Lord Shiva).

📍 Day 3: Guptkashi – Kedarnath (30 km drive + 14 km trek)
• Early breakfast & drive to Sonprayag. (30 km)
• Shared local taxi to Gaurikund (trek starting point).
• 14 km trek to Kedarnath (approx. 4–5 hrs), a key highlight of the Kedarnath Yatra.
• Scenic Himalayan views en-route, perfect for Himalayan trekking enthusiasts.
• Visit Bhim Shila near Kedarnath Temple.
• Arrival & check-in at guesthouse/lodge.
• Evening Aarti & darshan at Kedarnath Temple.

📍 Day 4: Kedarnath – Guptkashi (14 km trek + 30 km drive)
• Early morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple.

Enjoy comfortable accommodation on a double or triple sharing basis during your Himalayan trekking adventure. Daily buffet breakfast and dinner are included (please note that meals are not provided during your stay in Kedarnath). Transportation is arranged according to your selected package, whether Standard or Deluxe. Experience guided sightseeing as per the detailed itinerary, including a sacred holy dip in the River Ganga at Haridwar, making your spiritual tours truly memorable.
A 5% GST will be charged extra on all purchases. Personal expenses during your Himalayan trekking or Kedarnath Yatra, such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, soft drinks, and portage, are not included. Additionally, train, airfare, or helicopter tickets are excluded unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions. Any extra sightseeing or vehicle usage beyond what is outlined in the itinerary will incur additional charges. Entrance fees, pooja charges, guide fees, or payments to pandit ji for rituals are also not covered. Please note that expenses arising from natural calamities, such as landslides, floods, roadblocks, or political disturbances, are not included in the cost of your spiritual tours.
Accommodation in Kedarnath for your Himalayan trekking adventure will be provided on a 4–5 bed sharing basis. In Kedarnath, accommodation is offered on a room-only basis (no meals included) during your Kedarnath Yatra. Please note that rates are not valid during festive seasons, peak seasons, or long weekends. All rates are subject to availability at the time of reservation. If the mentioned hotels are unavailable, similar category alternate accommodation will be arranged to ensure a comfortable stay during your spiritual tours. Rates may also change during fairs, festivals, Bhagwat Katha events, or VVIP movements. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 10:30 AM, with early check-in and late check-out subject to room availability. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the company’s cancellation policy. The vehicle provided will strictly operate as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. Air conditioning will function only in plain areas (up to Haridwar); it will be switched off in hilly regions. All sightseeing during the Kedarnath Yatra is subject to weather conditions, traffic conditions, and political situations at the destination. Any cancellation or delay in hotel check-out due to third-party services (such as helicopter, pony, palki, or horse services) will incur additional charges. Extended hotel stays will be subject to availability and extra cost. Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities, adverse weather, or unforeseen circumstances is non-refundable and non-adjustable. The itinerary may change at any time. We reserve the right to alter, amend, modify, or change the tour package and itinerary before or during the tour. Reasonable efforts will be made to inform guests in advance of any changes. All pooja fees are on a direct payment basis unless specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
Full payment of the total package cost at the time of booking is necessary for your Himalayan trekking adventure, including experiences like the Kedarnath Yatra and other spiritual tours.
For those planning to embark on Himalayan trekking or the Kedarnath Yatra, please note the cancellation policy: If you cancel your spiritual tours 45 days prior to departure, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged. If you cancel 30 days prior to departure, the charge increases to 50%. A cancellation made between 15 to 29 days before departure will incur a 75% charge of the total tour cost. Lastly, if you cancel within 0 to 15 days prior to departure, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
