DK Signature Hospitality & Travel is founded and led by Dr. Dipikka Kapoor, a hospitality, travel, and tourism professional with over 26 years of global leadership experience across hotels, resorts, restaurants, malls, and hospitality education institutions.


Having worked with reputed hospitality organisations in India and overseas at Corporate General Manager level roles, she brings deep expertise in hotel operations, pre-opening and post-opening management, ISO certifications, compliance frameworks, and hospitality consulting. Her work also includes advisory engagements with hospitality startups, tourism projects, State Tourism bodies, and international tourism platforms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DK Signature, we strive to provide hassle-free services. However, if you need to cancel or request a refund, the following terms apply:

Tours & Packages & Hospitality Services :-

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the booking date are eligible for a full refund (excluding processing fees). 
  • Cancellations within 7 days of service date may attract partial charges depending on partner policies (hotel, airline, etc.). 
  • No refunds will be issued for “No Show” or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours).
     

Online Store Products :-

  • Refunds are accepted only for defective or damaged products reported within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

 

Governing Law :-

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

This policy applies to products/services purchased via the DK Signature online store.

  • Order Processing – Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time – Standard delivery within India takes 5–10 business days. International shipping timelines may vary.
  • Shipping Charges – Displayed at checkout before order confirmation. 
  • Order Tracking – Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched. 
  • Delays – DK Signature is not responsible for delays due to courier, customs, or unforeseen events. 

For Travel services, booking confirmations will be delivered via email within 24–48 hours of successful payment.
