📍 Day 01 - Haridwar – Guptkashi / Sitapur (190 km | 8–9 hrs)
- Arrival in Haridwar a included in the Packaged drive to Guptkashi / Rampur / Sitapur
- Check-in at hotel/camp; rest and explore local area.
- Lunch: On direct payment basis.
- Dinner, Overnight stay at Guptkashi/Rampur/Sitapur
📍 Day 02: Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Kedarnath (30 km drive + 20 km trek | 7–8 hrs)
- Early morning drive to Sonprayag and trek to Kedarnath.
- Doli/Horse available (cost not included)
- Check-in at Government lodges/camps.
- Lunch: On direct payment basis
- Dnner, Overnight stay at Kedarnath.
📍 Day 03: Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Guptkashi / Sitapur (20 km trek + drive)
- Early morning Abhishek Darshan at Kedarnath Temple (inside Garbha Griha)
- Return trek to Sonprayag and transfer to Guptkashi / Sitapur
- Lunch: On direct payment basis.
- Dinner, Overnight stay at Rampur/Sitapur/Guptkashi
📍 Day 04: Guptkashi – Joshimath – Badrinath (240 km | 8–9 hrs)
- Scenic drive to Badrinath via Joshimath.
- Evening darshan at Badrinath Temple after bath at Tapt Kund.
- Lunch: On direct payment basis.
- Dinner, Overnight stay at Badrinath.
📍 Day 05: Badrinath – Mana Village – Srinagar / Rudraprayag (185 km | 7–8 hrs)
- Morning darshan and local sightseeing: Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, Mata Murti Temple.
- Drive to Srinagar via Karanprayag & Rudraprayag (confluence of Alaknanda & Mandakini rivers)
- Lunch: On direct payment basis
- Dinner, Overnight stay at Srinagar / Rudraprayag
📍 Day 06: Srinagar – Devprayag – Haridwar (145 km | 5–6 hrs)
- Morning Breakfast at the Hotel.
- Drive back via Devprayag to Haridwar
- Drop at Railway Station / Bus Stand / Dehradun Airport

- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary
- Entrance Fees & Guide charges
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot)
- Any increase in Airlines taxes or fuel price at the time of departure, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure
- Still camera/video camera charges.
Terms & Conditions
- Rates are not applicable during festive peak seasons.
- Hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. If listed hotels are unavailable, similar category accommodations will be arranged.
- Rates may vary due to fairs, festivals, major conferences, or special events in the destination.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Most hotels follow a 12:00 Noon check-in and check-out policy.
- Cancellation charges will be applied as per company policy.
- Vehicles will be provided strictly as per the itinerary and will not be available on disposal basis.
- Air conditioning (AC) is operational only in the plains (Haridwar & Dehradun) and will remain off during hill travel.
- All sightseeing is subject to weather, political, and traffic conditions at the destination.
- Any delay or cancellation in hotel check-in due to third-party services (e.g., Pony, Palanquin) will result in retention charges. The next hotel allocation at the same destination will depend on availability.
- Missed sightseeing due to natural calamities, weather disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances is non-refundable and non-adjustable.
- Itinerary may be revised at any time, the company reserves the right to alter, amend, or modify tour details before or during the journey. All reasonable efforts will be made to inform you of such changes well in advance.
- Entrance fees at monuments or attractions will be payable directly by the traveler.
- Night travel is not recommended. If required, supplemental charges will apply.

- 50% of the full tour cost if cancelled 15–29 days before the tour.
- 75% of the full tour cost if cancelled 7–14 days before the tour.
- 100% cancellation charges if cancelled within 7 days of the tour start date.
