Itinerary
📍 Day 1: Arrival in Dehradun
- Upon arrival at Dehradun Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your Hotel.
- Check-in and relax.
- Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel in Dehradun.
This marks the beginning of your Do Dham Yatra package by helicopter, curated under the framework of Uttarakhand Tourism, with a thoughtfully planned Do Dham Yatra itinerary ahead.
📍 Day 2: Sahastradhara Helipad → Guptkashi
- 12:30 PM – Departure from Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun – a key point in Uttarakhand tourism.
- 01:00 PM – Arrival at Guptkashi.
Transfer to Hotel Sudesh Ganga, Triyuginarayan Road.
Optional: 🙏 Visit Triyuginarayan Temple (vehicle on direct payment basis). - Dinner & Overnight Stay at Guptkashi.

- Children above 2 years of age will be considered full-ticket passengers as per Uttarakhand tourism aviation norms.
- Kindly note that no concessions are available for children or senior citizens in the Do Dham Yatra Package by Helicopter.
- Passengers weighing more than 75 kg will be charged an additional fee at the helipad, as per the operator’s policy.
- Baggage restrictions apply, excess luggage is not permitted onboard helicopters for this Do Dham Yatra itinerary and will not be allowed beyond the helipad.
Terms & Conditions
- Tour price is applicable per person, based on a maximum weight of 75 kg, as per Uttarakhand Tourism Aviation Guidelines.
- A 50% advance deposit of the total Do Dham Yatra package by helicopter is required at the time of booking to confirm your seat.
- Full payment must be made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled journey date.
- The Aviation Company reserves the right to revise flight schedules or postpone operations due to weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of delays or rescheduling, efforts will be made to accommodate passengers on the next available slot, subject to availability and feasibility.
- Valid ID and health declarations (if required) must be submitted before boarding.
- Additional services or deviations from the scheduled Do Dham Yatra itinerary will attract extra charges.
- All services are subject to availability at the time of booking and final confirmation.
- The itinerary and services may be altered without prior notice due to operational, safety, or weather-related concerns.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 30 days before journey - No cancellation charges.
- Between 30 and 20 days before journey - 30% of total amount will be charged.
- Between 20 and 10 days before journey - 50% of total amount will be charged.
- Within 10 days of journey (10 to 0 days)- No refund will be provided.
